唐代货币思想述论

唐代的货币思想主要继承《管子》和两汉的学说 ,对货币的起源、本质、职能、作用等主要问题的思考研究虽有所进步 ,但总体认识水平并未取得实质性突破 ,仍停留在货币国定说和轻重论认知体系上。这在实践中不仅对唐代社会经济的发展造成了阻碍和破坏 ,也影响了唐代货币制度的创新和发展。

Thought of currency in Tang Dynasty

The thought of currency in Tang Dynasty mainly inherited Guanzi and the theory in West and East Han Dynasties, although the consideration about the main problems, such as the origin of currency,essence of currency, function currency and action of currency advanced, but the whole understanding level had no substantive breakthrough, it also rested on the cognitional system of the theory of currency decided by the state and theory of currency of light-weight and weightiness. In practice it not only prevented and destroyed the development of economy of society of Tang Dynasty, but also it influenced the innovation and development of the system of currency of Tang Dynasty.
