| 摘 要： | 西双版纳布朗族至今还没有完全摆脱贫困,人民的生活还十分困难。西双版纳布朗族在反贫困过程中逐渐形成了以政府为主导的“两山”脱贫模式和以村民跨境劳务输出为主的脱贫模式,两种脱贫模式都对西双版纳布朗族的脱贫致富发挥了重要作用。随着全面建设小康社会步伐的加快和中国—东盟自由贸易区建设的开展,把两种行之有效的脱贫模式与中国—东盟自由贸易区建设进行整合,将有助于尽快改变西双版纳布朗族的贫困状况。

| Abstract: | The Bulangs in Xishuangbanna have not ridded themselves of poverty completely.In the process of poverty-eradication,they have gradually adopted two poverty-eradication models,one being the government-guided "Two-mountain Poverty-eradication Model" and the other being the model of labor-export to other countries.Both models have played an important role in their poverty-eradication.With the quickened steps of building a well-off society for all and the establishment of China-ASEAN Free-trade Zone,the integration of the two models with the establishment of China-ASEAN Free-trade Zone will quicken the steps of poverty-eradication for the Bulangs in Xishuangbanna. |
