| 摘 要： | 结合典型的并购经验研究的方法和结果,比较了并购绩效经验研究中经常使用的长期绩效研究法、事件研究法、诊断研究法和调查法等4种方法各自的含义与特点,同时考察了国外及国内并购经验研究对4种方法的运用情况,提出了在我国目前条件下适宜的研究方法的建议。

With some literature examples employed those methodology, characters and use of those function are reviewed, and suggestion on how to choice suitable methodology for China data are involved in. |
