| 摘 要： | 为进一步了解新形势下医疗保险人才的社会需求、就业状况及课程设置、教学方式、实践教学等相关影响因素,开展了针对天津中医药大学劳动与社会保障专业(医疗保险方向)毕业生就业状况及相关影响因素的社会调查,以了解医疗保险人才面临的机遇和挑战,进而有针对性地完善人才培养方案,提升其就业竞争力。

| Abstract: | This paper surveyed the employment of medical insurance graduates from TJUTCM in order to know the influences on social demanding of medical insurance students, curriculum arrangement, teaching methods and practice teaching.Then this paper analyzed the opportunities and challenges medical insurance students face and gave some suggestions on student training to improve their employment competence. |
