| 摘 要： | 本文以买卖契约为例，将古代西域各种民族文字的契约，如粟特文、于阗文、回鹘文等契约文书，与汉文契约作出比较，发现在契约的程式、内容甚至用语上，都具有一致性。这是西域各族在与汉族人民长期经济文化交往中，对汉文契约模式的认同，从而适应、仿效的结果，也是西域各族对中原传统契约文化的一种传承。
