| 摘 要： | 自上个世纪90年代以来,欧盟同各国政府逐步协商统一欧洲高等教育体系,并计划在2010年建设一个欧洲高等教育和科学研究共同体。这必将是一次深刻的教育改革。这种变革对于全球化进程中的中国高等教育的国际发展有着重要的启示。
