| 摘 要： | 劳动监察是市场经济的重要产物,它为市场经济的建立和完善起着保驾护航的作用。但是,由于目前我国劳动监察立法的滞后,导致在劳动监察执法中的困难。本文从劳动监察的作用入手,论述了现行劳动监察制度存在的问题及完善的对策。
