| 摘 要： | 家族企业仍然存在着不可忽视的问题,有的还是属于致命的问题。诸如“家族制”管理模式居主要地位,管理者中一些人缺乏战略管理意识,人际关系依靠血缘姻缘为纽带维系,缺乏“以人为本”的企业文化,制度不完善且难落实问题突出,融资渠道不畅等,这是其再发展难过的门槛,必须克服的障碍。

| Abstract: | There are a few problems existing in the family company,and some of them are serious.For example,taking management model of "Family Company System" as the main model,lacking strategic management idea,maintaining interpersonal relations by ties of blood and marriage,lacking human-oriented company culture,and no perfect system and smoothly financing channel.Those are obstacles of the further development of the company. |
