| Abstract: | Being a microeconomic and micro-social basis for building a harmonious socialist society,constructing a harmonious enterprise essentially intends to maintain the relationship among the employees in harmony;Control the right allotment principle,reform and standardize the enterprise's income distribution system;Regulate its profit distribution in a scientific manner and make a balance of the profit gains between employees and the enterprise.Strengthening enterprise the leading group building and enterprise culture construction.Only in this way can the harmonious enterprise be built on a solid economic foundation,which turns out to enhance the enterprise's competitiveness and harmony. |
