依托学科建设 构建创新型实践教学体系

学科建设是高校一项具有战略意义的基础工作，是高校可持续发展的动力。根据地方院校的实践教学现状和学科建设的内涵，探讨了学科建设与实践教学体系改革的关系，提出了地方院校化工类实践教学体系的设计思路和原则，构建了基于“三平台”的创新型实践教学体系。实践证明，该体系对于学生的实践能力、创新精神、综合素质的培养，效果显著，符合地方高校应用型人才培养目标的要求。

BUILDING OF INNOVATIONAL PRACTICE TEACHING SYSTEM BASED ON SUBJECT CONSTRUCTION

Subject construction is a fundamental work with strategic significance, and an impetus to sustainable development of university. According to the practice teaching situation of local universities and subject construction connotation, the relation between subject construction and reform of practice teaching system has been discussed. The general design idea and principle of chemical engineering practice teaching system of local universities have been put forward. The innovational practice teaching system based on ＂three platforms＂ has been built. Practice of this system demonstrated that it had remarkable effect on training practical ability, innovation spirit and comprehensive quality. This practice teaching system accorded with the requirement of the applied-type talent cultivating goal.
