| 摘 要： | 不合理的农业投融资体制，是制约我国农业和农村经济发展的瓶颈。改革农业投融资体制，转换农业投融资机制，对于解决农业结构调整、农民收入增加．农产品市场竞争能力的提高、农村区域经济发展过程中差异的缩小等这些我国农业和农村经济发展所面临的突出问题．具有十分重要的意义。
