| 摘 要： | 在我国已经加入世界贸易组织的背景下 ,锦州市应准确把握产业规律及现实的产业升级环境和条件 ,根据实际情况 ,在建设高新技术产业的同时 ,把注意力更多地集中在传统优势产业的整合上 ,从而提高传统优势产业的综合素质和国际竞争力 ,促进锦州经济的全面发展。

| Abstract: | Under the background of our country's joining WTO, Jinzhou city should exactly grasp the industrial laws and conditions of industrial upgrading. According to reality, while building high and new technology industry, Jinzhou city should pay more attention to synthesizing traditional industries of advantage to increase their comprehensive quality and competitive ability in the world and to promote the all-round development of Jinzhou's economy. |
