| 摘 要： | 提高学生组织的影响力是当前高校学生工作的重要内容。分析学生组织影响力的重要性及影响力成因,探讨构建学生组织的影响力,必须加强对学生组织工作的引导和管理,注重干部队伍的选拔和培养,强化学生组织的制度和文化建设,促进学生组织活动的开展。

| Abstract: | How to improve the influence of the student organizations in universities is one of the important tasks for those dealing with students' affairs.This paper analyzes the importance and the causes of the influence of student organizations.Then it proposes that to construct the influence of student organizations,it is necessary to guide and manage them,to focus on the selection and cultivation of student cadres,to strengthen the system and cultural construction,and to stimulate the implement of the activities organized by them. |
