我国高校校友会工作现状浅析及创新初探

改革开放30年来，我国高校校友会工作取得了明显成绩，但也存在着重视程度不够、以人为本理念不突出、法律主体资格缺位、服务对象错位和工作创新不足等问题。高校校友会若能坚持和贯彻科学发展观，与时俱进地转变工作理念，完善体制与机制，创新工作内容，必将在服务学校、校友和经济社会发展方面发挥更加重要的作用。

ON THE PRESENT SITUATION AND INNOVATION IN UNIVERSITY ALUMNI ASSOCIATION WORK

Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, great achievement has been made in the work of university Alumni Association. But there are still many problems like little importance has been attached to the work, humanity-oriented notion has not been stressed, the legal qualifications of the main part have been vacant, target clients have been disloealized and there is little innovation in the work. The University Alumni Association will play a more important role in serving universities, alumnus and social development if it sticks to and carry out a scientific outlook on development, keep abreast with the times, perfect system and mechanism and innovate work content.
