对西藏职业教育发展存在问题的思考

西藏职业教育在国家和地方的大力扶持下已经有了很大发展,但相较其他地区仍显得基础薄弱,发展水平相对较低,在促进西藏社会经济发展方面也没有发挥出应有的作用.新的形势下要求西藏采取进一步切实有效的措施,积极推动职业教育的发展.文章对西藏职业教育基本情况进行了概述,并对职业教育发展存在的问题及原因进行了分析,针对存在的问题提出了西藏职业教育优化发展的对策建议.

The Thinking about Problems of the Development of the Vocational Education in Tibet

Under the strong support of national and local, the vocational education has made great development in Tibet. But compared to other areas the Tibet vocational education is still weak and its development level is relatively low, even doesn＇t play an important role in promoting social and economic development in Tibet. So, in the new circumstances, there must be much further and effective action to push forward the development of the Tibet vocational education actively.
