| 摘 要： | 高校的不断扩招带来了毕业生人数的急速剧增,毕业生就业工作面临新的严峻形势,这将是今后高校毕业生就业工作的一个显著特点,更是新建地方本科院校所面临的一个非常严峻的挑战.新建地方本科院校只有以调整优化学科专业结构为突破口,创新毕业生就业工作新思路,努力提高毕业生综合素质,不断开拓毕业生的就业领域和就业市场,才能提升毕业生的就业竞争力,使毕业生在激烈的就业竞争中立于不败之地.
