新形势下高校新生教育方式探微

高校新生入校后面临学习、人际关系、日常生活及目标规划等方面的挑战,高校有必要通过合理的新生教育,帮助新生更好地融入新环境.当前国内高校的新生教育存在教育时间跨度偏短、教育内容缺乏针对性、教育主体单一等不足.借鉴国内外高校在新生教育专业化方面的经验,未来高校新生教育可以从改革教育模式、丰富教育内容、增加教育主体及创新教育载体等方面探索改进方式.

Exploration on the Mode of Freshmen Orientation Education in New Situation

When freshmen enroll in colleges and universities, they face challenges from study, interpersonal relationship, daily life and goal planning. It is necessary for colleges and universities to help freshmen to adapt to the new environment by reasonable orientation education. Now the domestic college orientation education has shortcoming. The education span and content is not enough. And the kind of educator is too single. Based on the experience from the colleges and universities at home and abroad, we can explore the way to improve orientation education by reforming education mode, enriching education content, increasing educator＇s kind and innovating education carrier.
