高职院校ESP教学现状及改进对策

ESP教学是根据学习者的特定目的和特定需求开设的英语课程。当前高职ESP教学存在缺乏固定教学模式、缺乏对应教材、师资建设不合理、评估体系滞后等问题。针对这些状况，高职ESP教学应从明确高职ESP教学定位、开展ESP教材的开发编写、加强师资队伍建设及制定有效评估体系四方面不断努力，从高职教育的本质出发，探索具有高职特色的ESP课程，努力实现高职英语教育目标。

The Present Situation and Countermeasures of Higher Vocational ESP

Higher vocational ESP courses are designed for specific professional and practical requirements and will become an effective means in English teaching. In this paper, we first discussed and made some brief analysis on several general problems existing in current Higher Vocational ESP education, and then we put forward some countermeasures in the hope that which will improve ESP teaching to meet the demands of higher vocational training and employment-oriented development.
