| Abstract: | The deficiency of undergraduates＇ employability is the main factor restricting smooth employment of them. Based on respective analysis of the present situation of college students＇employability and the importance of school-enterprise cooperation, the thesis brings forward that school-enterprise cooperation is an effective way to improve students＇employability. The thesis proposes that in allusion to the problems in schoolenterprise cooperation, colleges and universities shoud take initiatives to meet market demand and actively explore the new school-enterprise cooperation school-running mode. |
