装备类课程考核与军校学员能力培养研究

在人才培养过程中，科学的考核评价模式对激发学员的学习积极性，促进教学内容、教学方法、教学手段等方面的改革具有重要作用。建立基于能力的装备类课程考核模式是装备类课程改革的重要内容之一。文章针对装备课程考核存在的问题，提出了基于能力的装备课程考核改革要求及内容，并在《轮式装甲车辆构造》课程考核中进行了实践应用，取得了良好效果。

Research on the Examination of Equipment Course and Capability Training of Military College Students

In the process of personnel training, the evaluation mode plays an important role in many aspects, such as arousing the enthusiasm of the students learning, promoting the reform of teaching content, teaching methods and teaching means. To set up the equipment curriculum evaluation mode based on capability is one of the important content of equipment curriculum reform. In the paper, the author analyzed the problem of current equipment course examination, proposed the reform requirements and contents of equipment course examination based on capability, and made a practical application in the course examination of ＂Construction of Wheeled Armored Vehicle＂ which achieved good results.
