图书策划编辑胜任力研究

摘    要:策划编辑是出版企业的核心人力资源,其素质决定着出版产品的质量和出版企业的整体绩效.策划编辑不仅要进行选题、组稿等常规工作,还要对选题的实施过程和结果进行监控和指导.因此,对策划编辑的素质要求是全方位的,策划编辑的胜任力特征模型应从意识、知识、能力、特质等四个维度进行剖析和构建.

Abstract:Acquisition editor is core human resources of publishing enterprise, its level determines quality of publishing products and the overall performance of publishing enterprise. Acquisition editor should not only plan subject and organize contribution, but also monitor and guide the implementation process and results of subject. So requirements for acquisition editor is very high and comprehensive. The competency model of acquisition editor should be analyzed and constructed from consciousness, knowledge, ability, quality, and so on.
