论图书馆的激励管理

摘    要:激励管理是实行以人为中心的管理,是提高图书馆工作人员积极性的需要.激励本质上是需要和动机的向导.激励的方式多种多样,如树立职业自豪感、明确行动目标、严明奖惩制度、营造和谐气氛、鼓励自由竞争等.同时,激励管理还应遵循针对性、综合性等原则.

Abstract:The essay analyses the necessity of encouragement management to librarians,points out the encouragement management is the management of taking people as centre and the needs of improving initiative of librarians.Then it sets forth the basic principles of encouragement management,deems that encouragement is the guide of needs and motives. Then it stresses such commonly used ways as encouragement of ideological education,motive, rewards and penalties,competition, emotion, interests in job and democracy. At last, the essay points out that carrying out encouragement management should insist on the principle of countering, comprehensiveness, development and long-term.
