试论古代蒙古法中的生态环境保护

蒙古族是我国北方古老的游牧民族之一，元朝以前蒙古先民信仰萨满教，在萨满教的氛围中确认了“阿民”（生命）概念和形成了朴素的“天父地母”的思想，产生了原始的生态环境保护意识。到元朝时期，建立了蒙古帝国，采用四季轮牧方式，在大汗分封制下初步形成了草场制度管理体系，蒙古族的原始生态意识逐步向大生态观和生态化的实践观的方向发展演化，人与自然环境和谐发展的生态环境意识逐步成为古代蒙古人约定俗成的思想体系和价值取向。自蒙元时代开始直至清代的历代蒙古族统治者，他们在继承古代蒙古族“约孙”（习惯法）的基础上，不断的对其增补和发展，生态环境保护的内容进一步的扩充，使环境保护的措施更加具体化、习俗化、规范化和制度化。
