| 摘 要： | 根据2005年《北京城市总体规划(2004~2020年)》,指出了塑造北京传统文化和建设宜居城市两者之间的紧密联系,说明了传统文化的保护发展是建立北京宜居环境不可或缺的重要环节,并在分析构建传统文化风景的必要性的基础上,进一步探讨出首都传统文化风景确立的一些有效途径。

| Abstract: | With "the Overall City Plan of Beijing(2004-2020)",emphasis has been put on the close relationship between molding traditional Beijing culture and constructing an amenity city.It also illustrates the importance of protecting and developing of traditional culture in its construction of a favorable inhabiting environment.By analyzing the necessities of painting the traditional culture scenery,it presents some effective methods of establishing traditional capital culture scenery. |
