| 摘 要： | 我国长期以来实施的是工业优先发展战略,实行"以工补农"或"工农协调"的发展政策,国家与农民之间利益分配是不平等的.这直接导致我国农村公共产品存在供给不足、农民负担过重等诸多问题,不但影响了农业持续稳定的发展,而且对整个国民经济发展影响重大.所以,加快农业经济的发展必须构建新型的农村公共产品供给机制.

| Abstract: | In a long term,the strategy in China is"industry first".The distribution between the country and the present is unfair. It caused many problems:the insufficiency of public product in countryside,the heavy burden of the presents and so on.It not only affected the agriculture continued development,but also made a notable impact on the development of whole national economy.For speeding up the development of agriculture ,we must construct a new system of the supply of public product in countryside. |
