超市销售:农产品经营的未来模式

摘    要:我国农产品经营模式正处于转型时期,农产品超市与传统的农贸市场相比具有明显的比较优势,农产品超市经营作为一种优于农贸市场经营业态的经营模式,可为消费者提供价格合理、安全可靠的农产品。门槛效应、供应链效应和价格效应等成为转型期农产品超市发展的障碍;减免进厂费用,降低门槛效应、突破价格制约,优化供应链等措施是解决问题的主要途径。
