国外有关教师教育者特征及职业素质的研究

摘    要:国外有关研究表明:教师教育者的职业具有复杂的双重性。增强教师教育者专业发展和自我发展意识,提供教师教育的计划和项目,参与教育政策的制定和教师教育发展的研究是教师教育者一定要承担的职业责任;学科研究能力、交流与反思能力是教师教育者一定要具备的重要能力。

Abstract:The research reviewed the complex dual role of teacher educators abroad and professional profile. Three task profile and two competence areas are considered to be necessary to teacher educators' professional profile. Three task profile are consist of teacher educators working on his or her own development , and that of colleagues , providing a teacher education programme and taking part in policy development and development of teacher education; two competence areas are composed of content competence and communicative and reflective competence.
