| 摘 要： | 对京津冀人力资本与区域科技创新能力的关系进行了分析。采用协整分析和格兰杰因果检验的研究结果表明，两者之间的长短期是正向相关的，且科技创新能力受到R＆D经费投入的正向影响，但R＆D经费投入系数的大小远小于人力资本存量的系数。结果表明，人力资本对促进科技创新能力的提高具有重要的作用。
