| 摘 要： | 中国的国有企业拥有最为优越的资源条件,而它相对于非国有企业的效率却有着巨大的差异,从新古典经济学的生产函数出发无法对此作出满意的解释。国企相对低效率主要归结为较低的制度收益和较高的制度成本,也就是说应当把制度变量纳入到生产函数中去。生产函数客观上会随着企业外部的社会经济体制和企业内部的制度规则的变化而变化。由于制度创新带来的效率会更大,应通过改革在国企中建立一种有效的制度。

| Abstract: | The state-owned enterprises of China have the most superior resource condition.However there are enormous differences in the efficiency compared to the non-state enterprises.It is unable to make satisfactory explanation to this to proceed from production function of neoclassic economics.The relatively inefficient doctrine of state-owned enterprise is summed up in lower system income and higher system cost,that is to say,that should bring the system variable into the production function.The production function will be changed with enterprise's external social economic system and be changed with enterprise interior system.The efficiency brought in system innovation will be greater.We should establish one kind of valid system through the reform in the state-owned enterprise. |
