改革开放30年中国劳动合同制的演变

All the employment forms are determined by the prevailing economic system.From the lifelong system to the contract system,from the Labor Law to the Labor Contract Law,Chinese employment system has changed significantly since the reform and open policy was carried out.In order to understand the evolution of Chinese employment contract system,we must integrate it with the transition of Chinese economic system in the past 30 years.By doing so,we can understand the true meaning of the Employment Contract Law.
