| Abstract: | From the typical example of Zhengwei County In Ningxia Autonomous Region, the paper deals with the management model and mechanisms of how government of small towns in Northwestern Regions organizes the prevention and control of desertification and the ecological reconstruction including the target and operation models of ecological reconstruction, model of the transformation of industrial structures, organization and management systems of projects, etc. |
