践行党的群众路线中存在的若干问题与对策研究

中国共产党作为我国的执政党,离不开广大人民群众的拥戴。随着改革开放和时代变迁,一些党员对群众重要性的认识和践行群众路线有所松懈和怠慢,甚至有严重损党和群众关系的行为,产生了及其不良的影响。究其原因,主要在于很多人有“官大压人”的官僚观念、各种规章制度的相对滞后、人民群众缺乏有效的监督和举报方式等。针对以上问题,我们党在践行群众路线教育活动中,要加强人民至上理念的思想教育、根据时代变化不断建立健全规章制度、完善群众监督机制。

The Study on Problems and Countermeasures in Carrying out the Party＇ s Mass Line

As china＇ s ruling Party, Communist Party of China is inseparable from the support of the masses. As the reform and opening up and change of times, some party members had lax and neglect to the importance of the masses and to carrying out the mass line, there even are behaviors that seriously damaged the relations between the Party and the masses, which had a very bad influence. The mainly reason is that many government officials have the bureaucratic concept that ＂big official can suppress people,＂ various rules and regulations are lagging, and masses lack effective methods to supervise and report the government officials. To solve the above problems in the educational activities of carrying out the party＇ s mass line, we should strength the ideological education of the people - oriented philosophy, and constantly establish and improve rules and regulations in accordance with the change of times, improve public supervision mechanism.
