| 摘 要： | 随着来华留学生数量的增加,留学生犯罪案件数量逐渐增多,表现出人身伤害、侵犯财产、交通肇事、侵犯女性等诸多类型特点.而跨文化的不适应性、法律意识淡薄、高校部门疏于管理是留学生违法犯罪的主要原因.通过加强对留学生的心理辅导、法制教育和制度管理,高校可以有效地预防留学生违法犯罪.

| Abstract: | With the number of overseas students increasing, the overseas students＇ illegal cases are increasing gradually. They include many types, such as personal injury, property torts, traffic accident and women assaults, etc. However, the main reasons that overseas students＇ break the law are due to cross cultural inadaptability, less awareness of legal consciousness and university＇ s management neglecting. Through strengthening psychological guidance for overseas students, education of legal system and institution management, we can effectively prevent crime of overseas students in colleges and universities. |
