新农村社区治理模式中的组织及人才队伍建设

目前，我国社会全面转型，原有的行政管理方式和工作手段已很难适应新形势发展，为了适应“小政府、大社会”的发展趋势，需要有新的社会组织来承接政府“不用管、管不到、管不好”的社会公共事务。在农村社区引入社会工作专业队伍和组织，可以弥补我国社会转型中现行行政管理方式的不足，为有需要的个人、家庭、群体、机构和社区提供专业社会服务，预防和解决社会问题，化解社会矛盾。
