西方收入分配理论与实践的发展及其启示

马克思建立在劳动价值论基础上的剩余价值理论深刻地揭示了资本主义劳资对立的经济根源。二战后,西方对收入分配问题所进行的理论研究和实践探索,尽管没有从根本上消除资本主义基本矛盾,但是在很大程度上缓和了劳资矛盾,减少了社会动荡,促进了经济发展,使资本主义在自身运动过程中的矛盾得到了一定程度的解决。在建立我国社会主义市场经济体制过程中,西方收入分配的某些理论与实践值得我们借鉴。

The Development and Enlightenment of the Western Distribution Theory and Its Practices

Marx in his Surplus Value Theory based on the Labor Value Theory discloses the economic root resulting in the conflict between labor and capital in the capitalist society. After the Second World War, the research and practices of distribution in the Western Countries help resolve certain problems to some extent in those countries,such as the relaxation of the contradiction between labor and capital, the less turbulence in the society and the improvement in the economic development , although the fundamental contradiction in the capitalist society still remains unsettled. In the construction of the socialist market economy, we can really learn some lessons from the Western distribution theory and their practices in this field.
