| 摘 要： | 目的探讨两种清洁灌肠在痔疮患者术前肠道准备中的应用效果。方法将200例痔疮需行肠道准备的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组采用肥皂水术前1．5h清洁灌肠，观察组采用生理盐水术前（3-4）h清洁灌肠。结果两组患者在术中有残留液例数、术中流黏液、术后24h内排便例数、刺激性比较，有显著性差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论术前（3—4）h生理盐水清洁灌肠，较肥皂水清洁灌肠既能明显减少术中直肠残留液、术中流黏液及术后24h内排便、刺激性又小，是一种行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore a effective method of the two cleansing enema on the patient with hemorrhoid for intestinal preparation before operation. Methods 200 Patients with hemorrhoid need operation were randomly divided into 2 groups. 100 casesof the experiment group were given cleansing enema of saline at （3-4）h before operation and patients in the control group used soft soap solution enema of 0.1% concentration at 1.Sh before operation, remnant,bowel movement times within 2Ah after operationand adverse reaction were compared. Results Theremnant, bowel movement times within 24h after operation and adverse reaction were markedly decreased in experiment group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Cleansing Enema of Salineat（3-4）h before operation can achieve good effectand less adverse reaction. |
