| 摘 要： | 探讨大学生挫折的形成原因,增强他们的心理调适能力和社会生活的适应能力,预防和缓解挫折的发生,是新时期高校心理健康教育工作的主要任务。本文从主、客观两个方面,分析了大学生挫折形成的主要原因,并对此提出了预防措施和应对策略。 |

| Abstract: | It is a key to discuss the causes of college students' frustration,to increase their ability of psychological adjustment and adaptation of social life and to prevent and ease the happening of frustration in the education of psychological health of universities and colleges in the new period.In the paper,the leading causes to form college students' frustration are analyzed from both subjective and objective sides respectively, the prevention strategy and the coping strategy,have been put forward. |
