Defender system is an important component modern criminal justice system.In the process of this system operation,a few important components in value conflict,such as conflicts between defender's occupation ethics and society masses ethics and between defender's true duty and keeping secret duty and so on,often appear.It is important for defender system construction and reformation to analyse the cause of these conflict creations and to know and handle them rightly.
