| 摘 要： | 市场经济环境要求企业不断地进行技术创新,而在众多的风险影响下,能否有效地掌控不利因素则成为创新实现的关键.为此,文章倡导企业建立以风险管理为导向的技术创新运行机制,以进一步明晰风险动态、合理安排人员到位、灵活开展防治策略,使风险损失最小化而技术创新收益最大化.

| Abstract: | New market economy environment requires enterprises innovating constantly,while in the face of numerous risk,whether it can effectively control unfavorably factors functions as the key to achieving innovation.Therefore,this paper advocates enterprises to establish running mechanism of technology innovation with the leading of risk management,then it can distinguish risk trends more clearly,arrange person rationally,charge tactic agilely,and bring about minimizing risk losses with maximizing technological innovation profits. |
