摘    要:出版单位向经营性方向转制,就是通过国有资产授权的方式,形成规范的现代企业制度和完备的法人治理结构.转制主要是解决出版单位的生产关系问题,是从制度层面为出版业的发展提供根本性和基础性条件,它与编辑、出版生产力的提升不是必然的因果关系.编辑主体功能的发挥有赖于文化素质的养成和文化含量的提升,要在尊重出版规律的前提下,最大限度地塑造编辑的文化自觉.

Abstract:The transformation of managing mode of the publishing units to the orientation of marketing is to form the modern enterprise principles and to complete juridical person management through the mode of state-owned assets authorized to the publishing units.The transformation mainly aims at the product relationship in order to offer the basic and fundamental issues for the development of the publishing enterprises from the layer of principles,which is not a necessary causality to the rise of the editing and publishing productions.The effects of the editors as a subject mainly depend on its cultural cultivation and promotion in qualification.It is necessary to largely foster the editor's cultural self-consciousness on the basis of abiding by the publishing laws.
