洋务期间的灾荒与社会法律因素

洋务运动时期是我国近代工业化的发端时期，也是我国近代史上灾荒最为频繁严重的阶段之一。通过对这个阶段的灾荒进行考察，可以看出天灾人祸时常互为因果，而且这种天灾人祸同清朝社会法律因素也有密切的关系。

The Relationship between Famine &Law during Westernization

Westernization Movement was the primary stage of the modern industrialization in China,it was also a period of serious famines with great frequencyin China's modern history.In this paper,author focuses on the study of the famine in this particular period,reveals that natural and man-made disasters are often the cause and the effect,and analyses the relationship between such natural &man-made disasters and lawfactors of the Qing Dynasty.
