摘    要:中国加入WTO后,对农业和农产品的贸易将产生正负两方面的重大影响.为了在激烈的国际竞争中,我国农业能持续、稳定、健康发展,应采取适度保护与适度进口相结合;农业朝着规模化、产业化方向发展;充分利用乌拉圭回合中的例外条款和保障条款等对策.

Abstract:China's WTO entry will produce both positive and negative effects on agriculture and trade of agricaltural products.To ensure a constant,steady and healthy development of China's agriculture in the fierce international competition,the following measures should be adopted:appropriate protection should be combined with appropricate importation;agriculture should be developed in the direction of scalization and industrialization;the exceptional terms negotiated in Uruguay Round and protection terms should be made full use of.
