| 摘 要： | 北京创新氛围浓郁、对外联系便捷、配套设施齐全 ,日益成为跨国公司对华进行“研究与开发”投资的首选地区之一。跨国公司在京进行“研究与开发”的投资呈现诸多方面的特征 :机构的规模和本地化水平偏低 ;投资动机多样 ;投资方式灵活 ;行业和地区分布集中 ;影响深入广泛等。正确应对跨国公司在京投资“研究与开发”的策略是 :端正态度 ,主动应对 ;积极引进 ,合理引导 ;转变机制 ,优化环境 ;抓住机遇 ,大胆走出

| Abstract: | In the process of MNEs' R&D globalization,owning to its advantages over many facts such as technology,economy,transportation and so on,Beijing is becoming a hot target of MNEs' R&D investment.The development and tendencies of MNEs' R&D investment in Beijing is in a good situation.To cope with MNEs' R&D investment,the proper way and strategies are to alter the attitude and conception to MNEs' R&D investment;to bring it under the proper control of the government;to enhance the R&D abilities of the enterprises of ourselves;to spur the corporations of ourselves to invest R&D overseas and etc. |
