基于DEA方法的中国保险公司效率评价

从复保以来中国保险业得到了飞速发展,时至今日,保险公司效率问题已渐渐成为了人们关注的焦点问题。文章运用数据包络方法(DEA),对我国境内中资和外资共31家保险公司的效率进行了目前最广范围的测定和排序。同时运用C2R模型下的效率和C2GS2模型下的技术效率对比研究得出:我国保险业整体效率较低;外资保险公司技术效率较高;中资保险公司的重组对自身技术效率有巨大促进作用。

Efficiency Appraisal of China Insurance

China's insurances have got the development at full speed since resuming of insurance business. Up till now, the efficiency problem of insurance companies begins to become the focus that people pay close attention to. This paper examines and measures efficiency of 31 insurance companies at a wider range, and we estimate the technological efficiency with the C2R model with the efficiency of calculating with the C2GS2 model. We work out the efficiency of the whole insurances industry of China is relatively low. The technological efficiency of insurance companies of the foreign capitals is relatively high. The reorganization of the Chinese-funded insurance companies has enormously improved their own technological efficiency.
