社会转型与价值观的重塑

以建立市场经济体制为主要特征的全方位社会转型使传统价值观念体系发生了深刻变化,同时也提出了重塑价值观的重要课题。重塑价值观要从我国国情出发,研究和解决好"扬弃与渐进"、"反左与防右"、"中与西"的关系,构建集体主义与个体取向、道义与功利、效率与公平、人伦与法制有机统一的适应社会发展需要的全新的价值观念体系。

Social Transition and the Remoulding of Value

The omni-directional social transition characterized by the establishment of the market economic system has brought about drastic changes to traditional concept of value and makes it urgent for us to remould our system of values. In our efforts to do so, we should base ourselves on our national conditions, study and properly handle the relations between'developing what is useful and discarding what is not and advancing gradually', between'opposing the left and guarding against the right', and between'Chinese and western'. To meet the needs of social development, we should establish a brand new system of values in which there is integration of collectivism and individual orientation, morality and material gains, efficiency and fairness, ethics and legality.
