创建文化软实力学的宏观视野与基本思路

理论之树常青,源于它对实践的指导。文化软实力的开发、建设和发展必须有相应的正确理论导航,因而,创建文化软实力学,成为当代社会发展所需。文化软实力学,应该是一门本土化的新国际政治学,它应以文化软实力为研究对象,以文化创生力为其探讨的核心问题,以开创全球化生态文明道路为其努力方向。由此三方面规定,创建文化软实力学,应该遵循文化本位动力原则等五大原则,去探索构建以生态化综合为基本视域的方法论体系,并在此基础上展开其系统的基础理论研究和实践开发研究。前者的主要任务是对文化软实力进行本体论、构成论、创造论、价值论、发展论和方法论探讨;后者的主要任务是对文化软实力展开实践基础、实践功能和纵向开发及其发展评价反馈等方面的研究。
