组织目标与个人目标关系理论研究简评

自泰勒以来，组织管理研究大都围绕如何实现组织目标来展开。行为科学介入后，对个人目标的分析研究才日渐深入和拓展，将组织目标和个人目标区分开来进而研究相互之间的关系也逐渐成为组织管理研究的一项内容。而复杂科学的介入，更使得以平等的视角看待和研究。两者的关系成为现实。人们对组织目标与个人目标关系的研究大致经历了目标统一论、目标区分论与目标协同论三个阶段。目标协同论是管理科学发展的综合与深入阶段，也符合社会意识的发展方向。

Observations on the Study of Relationship between organizational Objective and Individual Objective

On the basis of Taylor＇s theory, most of studies of organizational management focus on the realization of organizational objective. With the development of behavioral sciences, individual objective is studied deeply and widely. The research of organizational objective and individual objective become one of the important themes of management science. Meanwhile, with the introduction of Sciences of Complexity, the research on the relationship of two objectives becomes true from the perspective of equality. It consist of three stages, i. e. , the conformity, the disparity and the collaboration, among which the last stage is the integrated one and further development of the management sciences, and also conforms to the development of the social awareness.
