中国儒家人权意识与现代人权思想

儒家文化一直是中国传统文化的重要石柱,其核心内容是"仁",并在这一基础上儒家倡导民本、民贵、朴素的平等观及和为贵的大同世界,在这些思想中蕴含了丰富的人权意识,对现代人权思想的产生与发展具有非常重要的作用.但是,由于历史的局限性及阶级性,儒家人权意识并未发展成现代意义上的人权概念和理论.我们在实践中应该一方面弘扬儒家文化中的优秀传统以及人权意识,一方面要汲取、融合西方文化中的优秀部分,结合自己的国情,发展现代人权理论,推动中国人权事业和国际人权事业的向前发展.

Chinese Confucian Human Rights Consciousness and Modern Human Rights Ideas

Confucian culture has long been the backbone of the Chinese traditional culture,'benevolence' being the most essential.On its basis,Confucianism advocates a series of ideas such as a severe sense of equality and a common world with the great harmonious coexistence of diverse peoples as the core.These ideas imply abundant sources of human rights senses,and have a great potential effect on the formation and development of modern concepts and ideas concerning human rights.However,due to the historical and class limitations,the Confucian consciousness of human rights hasn't developed into a complete set of modern human right theories and concepts.We should carry forward the splendid heritage and human rights consciousness in the Confucian culture;meanwhile,we should absorb the excellent parts in the western culture and integrate them with our own characteristics,to develop our modern human rights theory,and to push forward the human rights construction of our country.
