| 摘 要： | 简单地对技术能力的迷恋所导致的战略导向选择失败昭示着必须以新的视角来思考和应用技术能力。通过以中国企业为样本的实证研究表明:企业技术能力的缺乏将迫使企业采用防卫型的战略导向;技术能力只有在企业同时拥有优秀的市场维系能力和管理能力的情况下才能真正成为推动企业采用前导型战略导向的动力,否则技术能力将会推动企业采取冒险型的战略导向。

| Abstract: | The function of technology ability in enterprises attracts wide attention.But failures in the strategy oriented selection caused by simply being infatuated with technology ability show that people must think about and apply the technology ability from a new perspective.This article,with an empirical study on some Chinese enterprises,indicates that the lack of technology ability will compel enterprises to adopt Weak & Threat strategy orientation.It can truly help enterprises adopt Strength & Opportunity stra... |
