| 摘 要： | 中国的法治进程将是一个复杂而艰苦的过程 ,其中有社会政治经济的“先天”不足 ,也有来自伦理道德方面的阻碍。重构社会伦理构架 ,即坚持群体道德优先、注重官德重于民德、建立道德回报机制、规范伦理制度 ,以利于社会主义法治建设 ,是我们必须认真探讨的紧迫课题。

| Abstract: | The process of ruling by law in China will be a difficult and complex one,in which there are inborn weaknesses in society,politics and economy,as well as obstacles from morals and ethnics in China.Reconstructing the social ethnics in China,namely,upholding the priority of group morals ,attaching more importance to official morals than to civil morals,establishing the moral repaying mechanism and normalizing the ethnics system,to facilitate the shaping of ruling by law,is an urgent task worth careful study. |
